Shipping Policy

  • Do you ship internationally or to Canada?

        1. Yes! We ship internationally. If you don’t see your country available for shipment, please message us, and we will make the adjustment.
  • What if my order is labeled as delivered by the shipping carrier, but I haven't received it?
    •
    1. When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:
    • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home. 
    • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property. 
    • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been. 
    1. If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!
  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • STANDARD: For orders placed before 1 PM Central Time, your order will arrive in 5-8 business days. 
    •
          1. $10 for shipping, unless your order is $250 or above.
  • Next Day: For orders placed before 1 PM EST, your order will arrive in 1 business day. (Saturday Delivery Excluded)
