Shipping Policy

Return Policy
We have a 10 day store credit return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item or if you would like to do an exchange, please contact Frock Shop at magicmaker@frockshoptx.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

Because Frock Shop is a small business, please note the following:
Online Purchase Returns
Free return shipping is available for store credit and exchanges when you add Checkout Plus at checkout ($4.98). This includes free returns and package protection against loss or damage.
Items must be returned new and with tags.
All swimwear and bodysuits are NOT eligible for return.
Anything purchased with ANY KIND of personalization is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return - this includes all Custom Orders.
Anything purchased with a discount is considered FINAL SALE and is NOT eligible for return.
Returned items must be unwashed and unworn.
Frock Shop does not issue credits on shipping charges.
Frock Shop does not issue full refunds.
In-Store Purchase Returns
Items can be returned, new and with tags, for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Frock Shop does not issue refunds.
Anything purchased with ANY KIND of personalization is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return - this includes all Custom Orders.
Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must be unwashed and unworn.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, personalized items, skincare and beauty products, gift cards, swimwear, bodysuits, socks, or intimates such as Spanx shapewear. All sale items and any item purchased with a discount or during a promotional offer are also considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
