At Frock Shop, we think you are MAGIC and it is our goal to take great care of our amazing customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to make it better!

We ship using USPS Priority Mail & UPS.  A tracking email will be sent to you once your package is on the way! For more shipping FAQs, click here!

Return Policy

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item or if you would like to do an exchange, please contact Frock Shop at within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please email us as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you! Because Frock Shop is a small business, please note the following: 

  • Items can be returned, new and with tags, for store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received within 10 days of the date that you receive your order.
  • Anything purchased with ANY KIND of personalization is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 
  • Anything purchased with a discount is considered final sale and is not eligible for return. 
  • Returned items must be unwashed and unworn. 
  • Frock Shop does not issue credits or refunds on shipping charges. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds are only accepted if we have sent you the wrong item or the item you received is damaged. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
