  • Do you ship internationally or to Canada?
    • We currently ship internationally to Canada, Singapore, and United Kingdom. Please message us if you would like us to ship to your country!
  • What if my order is labeled as delivered by the shipping carrier, but I haven't received it?
    • When packages appear to be missing, it is usually one of the following situations:
      • The package may have been delivered to a neighbor's home. 
      • The package has been delivered to a different spot than normal on your property. 
      • The shipping carrier marked the order as delivered before it actually has been.
      • If you are still unable to locate the package 5 business days after the labeled delivery date, please contact customer service. We are happy to help!
    • How long will it take for my order to ship?
      • STANDARD: For orders placed before 1 PM Central Time, your order will arrive in 5-8 business days. $10 for shipping, unless your order is $250 or above.
      • Next Day: For orders placed before 1 PM EST, your order will arrive in 1 business day. (Saturday and Sunday Delivery Excluded). $40 for shipping


  • Can I edit/cancel my order?
    • We try our best to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. For orders placed directly through our website, we will try our best to accommodate any changes. However, for any order placed through Instagram or Facebook we are not able to edit or change anything. Changes to these orders must be processed via our return portal after you have received your order.  Please double check your item, including size, and shipping address prior to placing your order.
  • Can I use more than one discount code?
    • Sorry for any inconvenience, but you are only able to use one discount code at a time.
  • Why do I see a pending transaction on my bank statement even though my order did not go through?
    • This usually happens when the billing zip code you have entered on your order doesn’t match the billing zip code on the credit card you’re trying to use. As for the pending transaction, some banks will hold your funds for a couple of days but will not validate the charge. These charges usually drop off of your bank account within 1-7 days.


  • What items are not eligible for Return?
    • Jewelry, swimsuits, and intimate apparel.
    • Anything that is discounted or on sale. These items are final sale.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    • If an item is new, with tags, unworn and unwashed, we'll take it back within 10 days of receiving your item. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to process.

    • Returns are free. We accept returns within 10 days of you receiving the item.

  • How do I return a gift?
    • If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the return within 10 business days upon receiving it. Please go to our return portal to start the return.
  • Can I ship multiple returns together if they are from different orders?
    • Each order is tracked with separate tracking numbers. Your return will be processed based on this tracking number. Your credit will be issued as soon as the return package arrives at our return facility.
