Style Boxes are carefully curated boxes with your specific likes and needs in mind, and range from $500, $1000, $1500. You can set this up as a one-time box or a reoccurring box with no obligation. We make it easy for you by sending your Style Box directly to your door and if for any reason you don't want to keep an item, you can easily send it back to us with the return label we include.

How it works

Step 1: Fill out the form below and your stylist will call you to discuss the details of your Style Box within 48 hours.

Step 2: You will receive a cart for your curated items to process your Style Box order.

Step 3: Your Style Box will ship within 24 hours from when you have confirmed your items with your stylist. Once you receive it, you have 5 days to try on all the items and decide what you'd like to keep. What you don't want you can ship back with the return label that's enclosed.

Step 4: Enjoy your new looks! You will be refunded for anything you don't keep once your order return is processed, usually within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds).

What is included in a Style Box?

After speaking with your stylist, we will determine options that meet your needs. This may include, dresses, tops, bottoms, accessories, and even shoes!

How much is a Style Box?

Styles Boxes will vary depending on brands and styles and the amount of pieces that are selected.

Am I required to keep all the items in the Style Box?

There is no requirement to keep anything in your box, but we hope you will! We provide a shipping label to make it easy for you to return any items that didn't hit the mark.

Will I be charged for all the items upfront?

Yes, you will be charged the full amount of the items in your cart upon processing your style box. Once we receive anything you don't want to keep, we will refund you for those items.

How long do I have to decide if I want to keep the items?

We give you 5 days from when your box is received to make your decision and start your return. We also understand vacations and life happens, so please email stylebox@frockshoptx.com if an extension is needed, or you can opt to delay your shipment.

What is the cancellation policy?

To cancel your Style Box, email stylebox@frockshoptx.com or call the store directly at 713-898-8096. If it has already been mailed out, you will need to ship it back to us using the enclosed return label, and you will be refunded once we receive it.

What is discussed in the stylist call?

Once we receive your Style Box request, your stylist will reach out to you for a consult to chat about your special styling needs. This is a great opportunity to discuss any styles or brands you love and things you don't so your stylist can tailor your Style Box to you.

Can I use a discount with my order?

Any items that are on sale would be honored, and we will honor any discount codes or gift cards you want to use.
